Refund policy

Due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once an order has been placed. Please ensure your order details and address are correct before checkout.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To qualify for a refund, you must send an email to our support team including your full name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and at least one clear photo of the product received. Refunds are issued as store credit only and must be approved by our team.

Ukiyo is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to shipping carrier errors. Once your order has shipped and tracking information is provided, the package is no longer under our control. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for any delivery-related issues.
