Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During new launches, sales, or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volume. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Ukiyo is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to make address changes.

We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Once an order has been scanned and accepted by the postal service, all delivery-related concerns must be directed to the carrier.

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier but generally range between 3–10 business days within the U.S. International orders may experience longer transit times and potential customs delays. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred.
